Sales Training DVDsAs part of his Residential Lighting Sales Success System,  ALA Consulting Director of Education and popular instructor Joseph A. Rey Barreau, AIA, IES, has released three sales training seminars on DVD complementing the Residential Lighting Training Manual’s technical knowledge.

  • DVD 1: Ten Best Practices of Highly Successful Residential Lighting Sales Professionals
    An in-depth analysis of proven sales systems and techniques used by some of the ALA's most successful lighting sales professionals.
     
  • DVD 2: Suggestive and Persuasive Selling: The Foundation of Sales Success 
    A discussion of specific techniques for employing suggestion and persuasion, as well as which products could be most impacted by them to potentially increase the amount and profit margin of an order.
     
  • DVD 3: How to Use Elements of Light and Color as a Sales Tool
    Suggestions for the effective use of concepts specifically related to light and color that can dramatically increase sales by confirming to customers that showroom personnel are, in fact, the lighting experts and professionals they have been looking for.

Each DVD seminar is approximately 45 minutes in length. Members completing the courses are eligible for one CLC credit hour per seminar.
